Foot & Ankle Surgery Center, LLC, is a Georgia limited liability company, organized and existing in good standing under the laws of the State of Georgia. It is owned and operated by the doctor at Foot & Ankle of West Georgia: Michael A. Schreck, DPM, FACFAS.

The benefit of the surgery center for the patient is a more personal experience with one on one special treatment and a quicker more effective use of our patient’s time and of course lower costs than by having to go to the hospital. By focusing in only one specific area of healthcare, Foot & Ankle Surgery Center, LLC, together with your personal physician, will meet your needs with the most comprehensive and advanced foot and ankle medical care available

The comfort, convenience and care of our patients is paramount. This is evident in our caring staff and the warm, comfortable décor of the facility. However, beyond its outward appearance, the facility has met the most rigorous health and safety requirements demanded by the State of Georgia.

The center, utilizes our own team of podiatric physicians, anesthesiologists and CRNA’s, nurses and scrub techs who can provide the most comprehensive foot and ankle care in a safe and comfortable environment. The center utilizes local sedation administered by your doctor and IV sedation administered by a board certified anesthesiologist or CRNA to help you feel comfortable during your procedure

In the surgical center, we treat all patients who are healthy above the age of 13 years of age and are candidates for outpatient surgery.

The center’s insurance department will pre-certify and verify your surgery with your insurance provider and will let you know your financial responsibility prior to any procedures being performed. In most cases, the costs are covered by insurance.  If you are not covered by insurance, special arrangements can be made for the payments of these charges.

Please be aware that any payments, such as deductibles and/or co-pays need to be collected prior to having your surgery at the center.
